During low season, from November to April, L’Astral holds several festivals serving food from different regions of the world. The restaurant often invites chefs to come over to Quebec City for the events to dazzle diners with prize winning meals from the four corners of the globe.

L’Astral serves a gastronomic buffet and table d’hote for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The restaurant begins serving breakfast from 6 a.m. and stays open until 1 a.m..
